3. Project Initiation
Projects begin upon receipt of the required deposit (50% for large projects)
A detailed project timeline will be provided in the service agreement
Work commences according to the agreed-upon schedule

Deliverables are submitted according to agreed-upon milestones
Final deliverables are provided upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment
1.3 Quality Assurance

3.1 Payment Terms
A 50% or 100% deposit is required for projects before work begins
Remaining payment is due upon project completion (if paid in half)

A 25% kill fee applies to project cancellations
If work has already begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable
All completed deliverables will be provided regardless of cancellation

Deposits may be refundable if cancellation occurs before any work has started, minus administrative fees
Each case will be evaluated individually based on circumstances
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Upon receipt of cancellation request, work will cease immediately
Final billing will be calculated based on work completed and kill fee terms

Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the delivered content
Prior to final payment, all rights remain with the service provider
The service provider retains the right to include project descriptions in their portfolio
4.2 Pre-existing Materials
Each party retains all rights to their pre-existing materials
The use of pre-existing materials in deliverables must be explicitly agreed upon
